Born in Iceland, Chef Jon Magnusson has traveled the world both as a Chef and as an adventurer. He has worked at some of the top restaurants in Brazil and on the Monterey Peninsula, including The Covey at Quail Lodge and Monterey Peninsula Country Club in
Pebble Beach.
Jon has operated the Bistro since 1995.
